    So what is the idea of a circle walk? Does it go somewhere or do you just walk in a circle. Why is it elevated?

    The intersection is large, so in some places around the city they elevate the sidewalks. There are stairs on each corner, but I guess you could just keep walking if you wanted to. Kana and I went the long way around.
