Ideas?

I have two final lessons with a student of mine before she moves away. The last two lessons we have been working out of a work book and I am afraid it is getting a little boring. I want to make the last two, especially the last one, a great one. I know most of you have little, if any, experience teaching esl students, but I want to know if you have any ideas. I am kinda dead in the water and need some ideas to get me moving in one direction or the other. Thanks for your help everyone.
