Very good! Does she do ironing yet? I would work on that next. Cats really are trainable, I understand they work best for food. Seems like Mocha just likes to have fun.
Get her a service vest and she can fly on the plane with you.

I can't believe how much Mocha looks like our old Killer cat. The same shape of the eyes and face. I don't think Killer had quite so much orange in his strips. Sure makes me miss that old "love bug".
